Reid Management Licensed Property Managers

Reid Management is active in obtaining full licensing and designations for our property managers, and is committed to the development of our staff. We have an excellent balance of seasoned General Licensees with 30+ years of experience in the field, along actively developing managers who have, or are currently working towards the completion of the ACMO courses as required by the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO).

Reid Management is also proud to staff managers who have obtained Professional Property Management Designations from the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO).

The Ontario Condominium Management industry is ever-changing, and as such, Reid Management actively participates in prominent organizations, including the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO), which allows us to be current on all issues concerning condominiums.  These groups endeavour to heighten the professional and ethical standards in the industry. Reid Management has been a corporate member with CCI for many years and has donated time to teaching and lecturing. 

Our commitment to Advanced Education in the Property Management field is led by owner Fran Graf, ACCI, FCCI, who is a Past President of the Board of Directors of the Ottawa Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute.  Additionally, Fran Graf received her FCCI designation in November of 2004 for her active participation throughout the years in the Canadian Condominium Institute.
